The Gadens Lawyers experience

"Some years ago the partners of Gadens were keen to find a way of rewarding all staff at the end of a successful year.

We first decided to give everyone a weekend for two at a city hotel, thinking that staff could get together and plan to use their voucher at the same time. This was well received by some but it didn't suit everyone: some people with families couldn't get away to spend a weekend alone and others had no one to share it with.

The next year we found LIVEYOURLIFE!

What a splash the managing partner caused at our end of financial year party when he announced the variety of experiences that were being given away! All permanent staff were given a voucher and through the year we put stories on our intranet of months of massages, staff who took the whole family out for dinner, weekends away, ballooning, NIDA acting classes and all of the many and varied options offered by LIVEYOURLIFE.

The staff felt valued and the new people who arrived in the next few months looked forward to their turn at the next 'end of year' party. So perhaps you can please all of the people all of the time... "
