How do I buy a liveyourlife voucher?
To purchase liveyourlife dollar vouchers it takes 3 simple steps:
Step1-Determine the value of the liveyourlife vouchers you wish to purchase. We
offer standard liveyourlife vouchers with the face value of $99, $250, $500,
$1000 and $2000. Step 2-Determine the number of liveyourlife vouchers you wish
to purchase. You can purchase as many or as few as you want. Step 3-Complete
the online Purchasing form located under the Buy Vouchers button on the home
page. We will contact you to confirm the order and take payment details.

Can I buy customised vouchers?
We also offer customised vouchers of different denominations, and / or vouchers
that do not disclose the monetary value and / or experience vouchers to suit
your business requirements. Please refer to the For Business section for more
information on customised programs.

How do I pay for a liveyourlife voucher?
You can pay for a liveyourlife voucher by electronic funds transfer (EFT),
cheque or credit card. If paying by credit card, there will be an additional
fee to cover the merchant fee charged by the Bank. Please note that your
payment must be received before your vouchers can be sent.

How are your liveyourlife vouchers delivered?
Vouchers are delivered by Standard Post, Express Post, Courier or email. 1.
Standard Post-Your full colour personalised liveyourlife vouchers in
presentation envelopes will be sent to you by Standard Post at no delivery
cost. 2. Express Post-If you require overnight delivery, your full colour
personalised liveyourlife vouchers in presentation envelopes will be sent to
you by Express Post at a cost of $10 for one or more vouchers being delivered
at the same time to the same address. Please note that whilst liveyourlife will
dispatch the vouchers by Express Post the guarantee of overnight delivery is
made by Australia Post and is subject to their delivery standards. 3.
Courier-If you require urgent delivery, your full colour personalised
liveyourlife vouchers in presentation envelopes can be sent to you by courier
at a cost of $30 for one or more vouchers being delivered at the same time to
the same address (limited delivery areas). 4. Email-a personalised electronic
liveyourlife voucher can be sent direct to the recipient at no cost.

How do I redeem my liveyourlife voucher?
You can redeem your liveyourlife voucher in 3 simple steps: Step 1-Explore our
extensive range of liveyourlife experiences. You can Browse our experiences by
selecting your state (Location), the type of liveyourlife experience you wish
to participate in (Category) and the value of your voucher (Price Range) Step
2-Select your liveyourlife experience and click on Book Me In. Step 3-Have your
voucher in front of you and complete the Booking Form. A liveyourlife team
member will confirm your booking via email. All you have to do is turn up at
the booked time and date to enjoy your liveyourlife experience!

Can I redeem my liveyourlife voucher directly with a provider?
No, you must not redeem your voucher or make a booking direct with a provider
of a liveyourlife experience. You must redeem your voucher with liveyourlife
who will confirm the validity of the voucher and make a booking with the
provider on your behalf. When you receive a booking confirmation you will be
provided with the providers contact details in case you need to contact them.

How long are liveyourlife vouchers valid for?
Liveyourlife vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. The
vouchers must be redeemed with liveyourlife and the liveyourlife experience
undertaken prior to the expiry date shown on the voucher.

Can I extend my liveyourlife voucher that has not yet expired?
If your liveyourlife voucher has not yet expired and you are unable to
undertake your chosen liveyourlife experience before the expiry date we may
extend your voucher expiry date. You must contact liveyourlife and redeem your
voucher with liveyourlife before the expiry date. In order to redeem your
voucher, you must provide us with details of the experience you wish to
undertake and the booking dates and times, prior to the expiry date. Provided
you redeem your voucher with us before the expiry date, we will allow you to
undertake your actual liveyourlife experience for up to 3 months after the
expiry date on the voucher. We will not charge you any administration fee for
extending your voucher in this way.

Can I extend my liveyourlife voucher that has expired?
Unfortunately, if you contact us after the expiry date of the voucher, we
cannot extend the voucher expiry date.

Can I upgrade my liveyourlife experience?
Yes, you certainly can. If you have chosen a liveyourlife experience with a
package price that is greater than the credit remaining on your liveyourlife
voucher, you may upgrade to that experience by paying an additional amount (the
difference between the package price of the experience and the remaining credit
on your voucher) direct to liveyourlife. Payment of the additional amount must
be made by EFT or credit card at the time of redeeming your voucher. You will
receive confirmation of your booking once payment has been received.

Can I take a friend(s) on my liveyourlife experience?
Yes, of course you can. If you wish to take a friend(s) on your chosen
liveyourlife experience, simply advise liveyourlife of the number of
participants when you redeem your voucher. You will need to pay an additional
amount (the package price) for each additional participant direct to
liveyourlife. Payment of the additional amount must be made by EFT or credit
card at the time of booking the experience. You will receive confirmation of
your (and your friend(s)) booking once payment has been received.

Can I redeem multiple liveyourlife vouchers for one
liveyourlife experience?
If you are lucky enough to have more than one liveyourlife voucher in your
possession, you can redeem them all for a single liveyourlife experience, if
you prefer.

Can I use my voucher on more than one liveyourlife experience?
If you have a liveyourlife voucher with a value (and credit remaining) of $500
or above, you can split your voucher into denominations of $250. This means
that you can part redeem your voucher for one experience and use the credit
remaining for another experience. For eg. If you have a $500 voucher you could
part redeem for a $250 liveyourlife experience leaving a credit of $250. You
could then redeem for another $250 experience at the same time or a later date
provided this remaining amount was redeemed prior to the expiry date of the
voucher. Any unused credit will be forfeited on the expiry date.

Can I transfer my liveyourlife voucher to another person?
Your liveyourlife voucher is completely transferable to another person prior to
redemption. As we often are provided with recipient names and details by the
purchaser, we may contact the recipient of the voucher for security reasons to

What do I need to give the Provider when I undertake my
experience?
On the day of your experience, please be sure to take a copy of the email
booking confirmation you received from liveyourlife when you redeemed your
voucher for this experience. If necessary, you can provide the booking
confirmation to the provider on the day as it will confirm the booked time and
date and the liveyourlife package you are undertaking. You do not have to take
your liveyourlife voucher as this is simply a certificate and has no validity
once the voucher code is redeemed with liveyourlife.

Can I cancel or change my Experience once I have redeemed my
voucher?
The booking confirmation that you receive from liveyourlife confirms that your
liveyourlife voucher has been redeemed and your liveyourlife experience
confirmed with the provider. Once you have received your booking confirmation,
you cannot change your liveyourlife experience. This is because liveyourlife is
obliged to pay the provider of the liveyourlife experience once your booking is
made. Further, any cancellations or alterations to the booking are at the
absolute discretion of the provider.

Can I change the date or time of my Experience once I have
redeemed my voucher?
Once you have redeemed your liveyourlife voucher and received a booking
confirmation from liveyourlife, any changes to dates or times must be made by
contacting the provider of the experience, not liveyourlife. The Providers name
and contact details are included in the booking confirmation you received from
liveyourlife. The Provider is not obliged to change the date or time of your
booking or make any other alterations and any changes will be at the Providers'
absolute discretion.

What happens if I am unable to make my Experience on the day?
If you are unable to make the Experience on the day you must contact the
provider of the experience, as soon as possible. You should not contact
liveyourlife. The Providers name and contact details are included in the
booking confirmation you received from liveyourlife. The Provider is not
obliged to allow changes to your booking and any changes will be at the
Providers' absolute discretion. You may incur a fee to change your booking or
you may forfeit the experience if you cannot attend.

What happens if the experience does not go ahead on the day?
If you cannot undertake or complete your experience on the day, because of
circumstances such as unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical failure by
the Provider, the Provider will reschedule the experience directly with you.
Please note when choosing an experience, that experiences such as hot air
ballooning and hang-gliding often need to be re-scheduled due to weather
conditions.
